Eclipse Property was born out of a desire to create a business which puts the customer first, to be a modern, innovative market leader in the industry. ‘We want every customer who comes in to contact with us to feel they are a valued part of our organisation, after all we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you’.

The company was formed by Allen Martin MARLA who after 23 years in the Armed Forces decided to start his very own Property Management and Lettings Company in the heart of Cornwall.

We have an in depth knowledge and intimate understanding of the property market as well as the importance of excellent customer service.

We understand the importance of good communication with our clients and how paramount it is to the success of the business. We provide good old fashioned personal service whilst embracing the latest technology and systems. As a result we are confident our clients will feel they are able to get the very latest information as and when they require it.

We are committed to providing superior customer service and attaining the best possible results for our clients whilst exceeding their expectations on every level.

We are qualified holding the Technical Award Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management.

We are members of The Property Ombudsman.
